Visualising the blue light will allow you to slow down your heart rate, lower your blood pressure and reduce feelings of anxiety. Blue is also the colour of sky, ocean, sleep, and twilight which are all very tranquil and relaxing connotations to sincerity, inspiration, and spirituality. By following this visualisation practice, you will become less nervous and more comfortable within your space. Anxiety can be very challenging.
